Choosing Cabinet Hardware

January 29, 2010 , , , , , , , , ,

Choosing cabinet hardware can be one of the toughest decisions of a kitchen remodel.  There are literally thousands of choices ranging from good, better, best, different materials, different shapes and different applications.  You can get hollow plated hardware, solid stainless, brass, aluminum, plastic, glass, ceramic and more.  It is difficult to carry all the hardware that I would wish to, when my showroom has limited space, so I have been keeping a file of my favorite hardware.  I enjoy finding unique hardware, as it truly is the jewelry of the kitchen.

Here are some of my favorites:

Finger Pull M552 by Top Knobs

Mission Hammered Knob by Alno

Distressed Bin Pull by Rocky Mountain

Twig Pull by Rocky Mountain

Tree Bark Cup Pull by Finesse Design

Seaside Knob by Edgar Berebi (now that is jewelry for your cabinetry)

Hamptons Bamboo Wrapped Pull by Atlas

Gem Knob by Artisan (I have this one in my kitchen)

Canterbury Knob by Atlas

Classic Tapestry Knob by Liberty

Centers Beaded by Finesse Design

"Manhandle" by Soko

Tangeres Glass Knob by Atlas

Crystal Lace Bar Knob by Liberty

Mosaic Rectangular Pull by Siro
